Redemption Mechanics:
- Present original and photocopies of Mabuhay Miles membership card (optional), valid photo ID with signature (if member/travel coordinator) and purchased Philippine Airlines ticket upon ticket issuance
- Miles debited from my account for this request are non-refundable
- BOGO Award Ticket shall not earn Miles and is subject to the full terms and conditions of Mabuhay Miles
Terms and Conditions:
- Applicable to selected booking class
- Ticket holders must travel together in the outbound. Return flight of Purchased Ticket may be different from the BOGO Award Ticket
- Confirmed reservations are required
- Subject to seats availability
- Travel must be completed by 10 December 2009
- Reissuance/rerouting is not allowed
- Open-dated booking is not allowed on BOGO Award Ticket
- Rush processing fee applies if BOGO Award ticket is claimed less than 10 calendar days prior to flight date. USD30 (4-9 days prior to flight date) and USD50 (1-3 days prior to flight date).
- Rebooking of BOGO Award Ticket is allowed subject to applicable fee. Rebooking must have the same routing/travel date with Purchased Ticket on the outbound
- Rebooking to a new travel date is subject to seat availability
- Changes in the Purchased Ticket are subject to fare rules, penalties and restrictions as stated in the ticket
